My Story
Hi! My name is Char. I’m from the beautiful island of Guam. I’m a mother of 3 young kids with a full-time job. I’ve been a Scentsy customer since 2012. I made my first order through a coworker that had a consultant friend. I relocated back to Saipan later that year but left my warmer here. Unfortunately, Scentsy was not available there and so I could not reorder. I relocated back a few years after and I was able to use my warmer and scent bars again, but was not able to connect with a consultant right away and didn’t really know how. I tried other similar products, but they just weren’t the same. Fast forward to last year, 2019, coincidentally a coworker and good friend from my new workplace have a friend that’s a consultant. That consultant is now my director, Michelle. Since I was ordering frequently from her, she’s been very encouraging that I sign up as a consultant. I was hesitant at first because I’m pretty reserved and don’t have much confidence in direct selling. However, as a customer, it made sense because I love the products. Whenever I turn on my warmers and scents spread through the room and everywhere else in our home it makes me feel warm and happy. All of a sudden our somewhat messy home begins to feel a little cozier and put together. I knew this was something I wanted to keep having in our home and so I signed up. I’m still a little shy about selling to others, but I’m looking forward to gaining that confidence as I share the joy of having Scentsy in our homes and creating cozy spaces.
